Casa Tucanes welcomes you and we hope that as our guest you feel at home.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Upon request, an earlier check-in is possible without additional charges, if available.
- Remember that if you need to arrive early or leave after the regulated time, you will have to make a request by email (info@casatucanes.com) at the time your reservation is made, this in order to verify availability and guarantee schedule.
- The check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you want to stay after 11:00 a.m., ask about our half-day rates. This option will be available if the unit will not be occupied on that day.
- An offical identification (such as ID, credit card, passport) will be requested during Check-in.
LATE CHEK-OUT RATE (Late Check-out)*

- Departure after 11:00 hrs is 50% per night rate.
- Departure after 14:00 hrs is 100% per night rate.
POOL AND SUNBED
- The pool and lounge area is available every day from 9:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs
- The use of the pool and lounge chairs is exclusively for guests.
- Forbidden to set aside beds.
- No glass or food and drinks are allowed poolside.
GARDEN AND GRILL
- Hours from 9:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs.
- Remember that the garden and barbecue are a common area and are shared with other guests.
- If you use the common areas, you are exptected to leave it clean as you found it.
DURING THEIR STAY
- Smoking is not allowed on the property.
- For security reasons, third party guests are not allowed. We are an establishment that provides service exclusively to guests who book with us.
- Please be mindful of water use and turn off fans when off site.
- The furnature and fans must be left in their designated Villa or Bungalow. Only upon request may they be moved to another place.
GENERAL DISPOSITION
- The regulation must be respected at all times by our guests; Our guests must read and understand these regulations before their stay. Therefore, no guest may claim ignorance of the regulations.
- Failure to comply with these regulations will be grounds for termination of the hosting contract, without legal liability for the company.
- The establishment may deny its services when the guest appears drunk or under the influence of drugs. This establishment has protocols in place to prevent human trafficking.
- All the elements that are integrated into the room are the property of Casa Tucanes Villas & Bungalows, linens, towels, the extraction of any hotel items will represent a payment on departure.
- Every guest of Casa Tucanes, no matter the length of stay, must sign the registration form (whether via email or in person).
- The cleaning of the villas and bungalows is carried out between 9:00 and 16:00 hrs. when the unit is not occupied. In case of being occupied with guests, it will not be carried out. In the event that the guest requests the cleaning of his or her room outside of these hours, there will be an extra charge of $300 pesos. For reservations made by Airbnb, check the terms and conditions directly on the platform.
- At the time of check out you must deliver the set of keys. If you have lost the keys, you will be charged $500 - $650 depending on the unit reserved.
- All guests who park their vehicle on the side of the hotel facilities should know that we are not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
CLEANING AND LAUNDRY
→ In long-stay reservations with a discount, only two courtesy cleanings are granted per week of stay. (This will include making beds, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and cleaning kitchen counters, it will not include washing dishes or stoves.) → Bath towels and bedding (sheets, bedspreads and covers) will be changed once a week.
→ The towels are for the exclusive use of the bathroom. It is not allowed to take bath towels to the beach or pool.
EXTRA SERVICES:
1. Additional cleanings have an additional cost. The rate per day of the same will be $400 pesos. (RATES 2023)
2. If you require extra towels, change of towels or bed linen before the aforementioned period, request it from the host, this has an additional cost.
3. Forgot your beach towel? We have beach equipment rental: beach and/or pool towels, umbrellas and chairs at an additional cost, request it from the host.
4. Dirty clothes? We have a laundry service with an additional cost per kilo, request it from the host.
5. If for any reason you lose your keys, the replacement cost is $650 pesos. Let me know and I'll tell you how to proceed.
