As a guest of Casa Tucanes Villas & Bungalows, it is important for us to earn your trust. This is a responsibility that we take very seriously every day, which is why we recommend you read the content of the "Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policies" of our accommodation.

All rates, promotions and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. For this reason, it is important that people interested in booking contact one of our reservation agents by phone or our email info@casatucanes.com to receive more information on types of villas and bungalows, prices and/or discounts. (only if applicable). As well as to receive instructions on how you can make your payment. In addition, we will also send you this document via email.

All villas & bungalows are subject to availability unless the guest has guaranteed their reservation by making a deposit, transfer or via credit card payment link. As long as said requirement HAS NOT BEEN FULFILLED, the units will be available for sale and prices and/or promotions subject to change without prior notice.

To guarantee a villa or bungalow, the payment options are exclusively those indicated below:

• Payment by electronic transfer or bank deposit.
• Payment by debit card or credit card through the link. (Additional charge of 5% for bank commission)

Only reservations whose charge has been completed are considered GUARANTEED.

We recommend that all persons interested in booking with us read the section corresponding to Cancellation Policies with special care BEFORE proceeding to reserve their Villa or Bungalow.

Upon completion of the reservation process, both the guest and CASA TUCANES VILLAS & BUNGALOWS agree to comply with the "Rules of Procedure"; as well as to respect and act in accordance with what is expressed in our "Reservation and Cancellation Policies".

CASA TUCANES VILLAS & BUNGALOWS disclaims any responsibilities in the event of misunderstandings on the part of the guest caused by the fact that the latter has omitted to read this document carefully. RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH AIRBNB OR TRAVEL AGENCIES

In the case of reservations made through travel agencies such as Airbnb, Best Day, Trivago, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.; The guest must give the receptionist or host the printed receipt corresponding to their confirmed reservation.

• YOU BOOKED THROUGH AIRBNB OR A TRAVEL AGENCY. If you wish to modify or cancel the reservation you made through a platform such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor or Travel Agency such as Best Day, Booking.com, Despegar.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc. Please contact them at the Customer Service telephone number provided to you at the time of making your reservation.

• YOU BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH CASA TUCANES VILLAS & BUNGALOWS. If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, immediately contact one of our reservation agents by email at info@casatucanes.com. We suggest you consult the section corresponding to Casa Tucanes Villas & Bungalows Cancellation Policies before contacting us.

OUR GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE DESCRIBED BELOW:

• Reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. We will refund your payment only if the unit (villa or bungalow) is rebooked. Said cancellation will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your reservation. We will send you a refund 30 days after the scheduled checkout date. All refunds will be made exclusively via bank deposit or electronic transfer.

• Reservations canceled from 15 to 29 days prior to the reservation date. We will refund your payment only if the unit (villa or bungalow) is rebooked. Said cancellation will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 65% of the total amount of your reservation. We will send you a refund 30 days after the scheduled checkout date. All refunds will be made exclusively via bank deposit or electronic transfer.

• Reservations canceled from 7 to 14 days prior to the reservation date. We will refund your payment only if the unit (villa or bungalow) is rebooked. Said cancellation will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 75% of the total amount of your reservation. We will send you a refund 30 days after the scheduled checkout date. All refunds will be made exclusively via bank deposit or electronic transfer.

• Reservations canceled from 1 to 6 days prior to the reservation date. This type of cancellation will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total amount of your reservation. NO REFUND.

• All reservations that HAVE NOT BEEN CANCELED IN ADVANCE (NO SHOWS) will be credited with a charge equivalent to 100% of the total amount of your lodging reservation WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE DATE IN YOUR RESERVATION AND WITHOUT REFUND.

• Once the guest has checked-in, there are no cancellations. You will be credited with a charge equivalent to 100% of the total amount of your lodging reservation WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE DATE IN YOUR RESERVATION AND WITHOUT REFUND.

• However, the guest also has the option to modify the date of his reservation WITHOUT SUFFERING PENALTIES as long as he contacts us via email AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE ON WHICH THE RESERVATION WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED so that we can make the relevant changes. (Subject to availability).

• Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by CASA TUCANES VILLAS & BUNGALOWS via email for it to be considered valid.

Important notes:

- All modifications related to change of entry and/or exit dates, type of villa or bungalow; or number of extra people must be requested in advance. Subject to availability and with extra charge.

- The new reservation date must not exceed 3 months after the originally reserved date and cannot be modified more than once.

- Any change will be subject to availability. Check via email if there are villas or bungalows available for the date you are interested in. Does not apply in high season, holidays and weekends.

A refund will only be made in the case of errors attributable to CASA TUCANES VILLAS & BUNGALOWS and which would be the following cases:

• When a charge has been made that is higher than the charge that would correspond to the type of villa or bungalow that the guest has reserved.
• When the number of nights charged to the guest exceeds the number of nights the guest has booked.
• When in adherence to the "Cancellation Policies" of CASA TUCANES VILLAS & BUNGALOWS the guest is entitled to receive a refund (which will be sent 30 days after the scheduled check-out date).
• ALL refunds will be made exclusively through a bank deposit or electronic transfer directly to the client's account. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
• Sent refunds may take 5-15 days to be reflected on the customer's account statement. If not, please contact our accounting department to verify the status of your refund.
